碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 商學系 === 84 === Owing to the change of consuming habits and the requirement of service quality, the development of new retail businesses is flourishing day by day. Such requirement about logistic services are going to tend to be less quantities, more styles, more frequencies, and just in time delivery mechanisms. According to the needs mentioned above, a distribution center should utilize information technology to improve the efficiency of logistic service. Nevertheless, there was no relevant research focusing on utilizing information technology in a distribution center to provide references when distribution centers faced decisions making about utilization of information technology. However, the providers of information technology cannot make sure the exact needs as well. Based on the background mentioned above, the thesis was composed by interviewing officers of computer companies and logistic companies and discussing documents, and then established 21 factors that were possibly thought about when logistic companies adopted information technological instruments. The next step was studying 21 domestic distribution centers by utilizing questionnaires to investigate the importance of each factor of adopting various information technological instruments. At last, utilizing discriptive statistics analyzed factors faced by logistic centers when adopting information technological instruments under various situations. Besides, KW was used to check the differences of the importance of the factors according to two distinct variables respectively -- "the relationship between distribution center and wholesalers and retailers" and "the types of information technology".
