Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 漁業科學學系 === 84 === Electrophoretic studies of the protein products were used for analyzing genetic variations of Mustelus manazo between the populations from Taiwanese and Japanese waters. Twenty-one presumed gene loci have resolved 34 alleles in 12 enzyme systems. Mean heterozygosity values of samples from Taiwanese water are obviously higher than those from Japan. The Nei''s genetic distance between two waters is 0.003, but the FST value of 0.05 indicates they are in moderate genetic differentiation. Comparing informations from the maximun length, sexual maturity size and growth of embryos, Mustelus manazo between Taiwanese and Japanese waters are two different populations.
