Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 體育學系 === 84 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference within bodyweight, physical fitness, blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride anduric acid of 10-week physical training program for diabetic patients. The 34subjects for this study, patients of department of metabolism of TaipeiMunicipal Yang-Ming Hospital, were divided randomly into exercise group( experiment)and no exercise group(control). The subjects of experiment acceptedcommon treatment,3-day a week of 10-week physical training(almost walking)andeducation program. The t test was used for data analysis.the results are conductsas the followings:1.There were significant improvement on muscular strength, flexibilityand cardiovascular endurance in experimental group after 10-weektraining and there was no significant change in the control group. For thebody weight and body mass index, there were significiant differencebetween pre-test and post-test in control group and there was nosignificant change in the experimental group.2.For the blood biochemical values, there was no significant differencein total cholesterol, triglyceride and uric acid between experiment andcontrol groups. In the blood glucose, the experimental group did not showsignificant change after physical training. For the control group, the level ofblood glucose was increased remarkably. These datas suggested that the exercise program was able toimprove patient''physical fitness and show significant improvement inglucose metabolic control.
