Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 化學系 === 84 === AbstractAlthough it has a wide range of application in industry, cadmium is considered to be a highly toxic element in the environment. It is known that cadmium will interact with some Metallothionein(MT)in humam body and be excreted through urine. This process may play the role of detoxification of Cd poisoning.Due to the complexity of urine matrix and low concentration of Cd in human urine, size-exclusion chromatography, microwave digestion, Chelex-100 preconcentration and Zeeman graphite AA techniques are applied to the determination and speciation of Cd and Cd-MT in human urine samples. The results show the concentration of Cd in human urine is lower than 1.00 ng/mL and the method detection limit observed is 0.058 ng/mL. About 80% of urinary cadmium is in liquid-urine and about 50% of liquid-urinary cadmium is Cd-MT. The accuracy of determinations is confirmed by the analysis of Standard Reference Materials.
