土所研發之傳播科技,探討其研發的貢獻、產品研發方法、及傳播科技的
未來發展方向,以作為傳播科技教學者、傳播科技課程 規劃者、R&D人員
,及將來進一步研究之參考。
經文獻分析、專家會議、以及訪問五種傳播科技產品研發單位之主要研發
人員後,確認研究發現如下: 一、傳播科技產品研發的貢獻:可從增
進人類生活福祉、促進傳播科技的進步、 培養高科技研發人才、
提升產業研發能力四方面來衡量。 二、產品研發方法:應用產品的研
發,通常按一定程序,嚴謹的步驟來進行,以 依循標準為原則,
配合資料蒐集、技術及零組件的取得、分工與克服、嘗試 錯誤、
模擬、及運用問題解決程序等要領與方法開發出一完整產品。研究者
已歸納出一傳播科技一般研發程序圖。此外,研發過程導入品質認證模式
, 亦成為一種趨勢。 三
、傳播科技研發的未來發展方向:未來傳播科技消費者之需求朝多樣化、
高品 質、方便性、安全性已是一種趨勢。同時,未來傳播科技產
品將朝不同功能 整合、小型化、高品質、個人化、標準化、寬頻
化、智慧化、安全性發展。

research was to analyze the contribution, the R&D methodology,
and the trend of development of the communication technology
products that were produced in Taiwan. These results will serve
as the reference for teachers, curriculum planners, R&D
engineers, and further research. After the document
analysis, expert panels, and field interview to the R&D team
leader of five communication technology companies, we concluded
as follow: 1.The main contributions of the
communication technology products areto enhance the human life
welfare, improve the communication technology development, train
the R&D manpower, and promote the R&D capacity. 2.The R&D
methodologies of the communication technology products consists
of a systematic process model with document analysis, sourcing
key component, modularization, trial and error, divide and
conquer,simulation, and problem-solving, etc. The researchers
had induced a general R&D process model for the communication
technology product. Additionally, we found that it was a
tendency to introduce ISO 9000 series quality assurance model
into R&D process. 3.The requirements of
the communication technology consumer are toward integrated
function, high quality, convenience, and security. Hence,the
trends of the communication technology products are toward
multi-function,downsizing, standardization, security, high
quality, personalization,intelligence, and broadband.
