No matter on domestic or on international, people are taking seriously on environmental protection problem more and more. The main causes are overdevelop-ment of economy, frequency of economic activities, population inflation, andlimitation of nature resourses,..etc. Such kind of livelihood problem mademamkind have to take consideration of that how to save our environment and keepa clean and low-polution life space. This thesis try to through the theory of "protect" and "raise" including bylivelihood philosophy, departing form the thinking of ancient Chinese Saint--Confusious, Mon-Tz, Lau-Tz, Twan-Tz, Shin-Tz, Mou-Tz, matching on contemperaryinternational environmental sustainable development theory, establish an envi- ronmental protection system for livelihood and for our country''s environmentalprotection policy. In addtion, expecting to uplevel my citizen''s life quality,and having a contribution to human- being''s sustainability.
