Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 84 === The new hydrodynamic models for a velocity balance equation and
a power balance eqation are obtained to include the non-parabo-
lic effect,and the momentum balance equation is substituted by
the velocity balance equation as well as the relative formulas
of the carriers average mass are derived.Physical parameters of
the new models are extracted from the Monte Carlo calculations.
Spacial simulations are carried out to verify these new models
with Monte Carlo simulations.
