The conclusions of this study are presented as following: 1. The quality perceptions between all producers show no significant differences. 2. TQM is an effective tool to promote quality: The pursuers of TQM is significantly better in winning prizes, degree of satisfactory in utilizing quality control technique and quality management. The pursuers of TQM relatively agree that quality is everyone''s responsibility, pay more attention to training and empowerment, and establishing cooperative relationship with fewer suppliers. They hold positive attitude toward ISO registration and relatively agree with ISO series is a good quality system. 3. ISO registration will not result in good quality by itself: Certified manufacturers do not perform significant better in winning quality awards, satisfaction in utilizing quality control technique and quality management.
