It simplifies the measuring index of expert group and reaches at the perfect evaluation effect so that decision-making unit (DMU) can put expert group selecting in practice easily. Before selecting, this paper adopts the technique of "The Experts Evaluation System" to judge the effectiveness of this model. It makes selecting effective and correct. With we can select both upper decision-maker (UDM) and lower decision-maker (LDMj).   In the latter part of this thesis, we try to link " The Step Method" and " Conflict Mediation and the Adjustment of Objective Aspiration" in order to find the optimal solution of two-level interactive multiobjective decision -making, that is ,through STEM UDM can get the satisfactory solution and announce to LDM LDMj improve the model of " Conflict Mediation and the Adjustment of Objective Aspiration" and can find the solution easily. LDMj feed it back to UDM, UDM has a preference for a satisfactory solution. again and again, UDM and LDMj can get the final satisfactory solution at last. 鄭定洲 1996 學位論文 ; thesis 81 zh-TW
