Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 機械工程學系 === 84 === This research proceeds to control the microstructure of the alloys by heat treatment in the manufacturing process of aluminum alloys for aerospace.Furthermore,the effects of the microstructure on the stress corrosion cracking properties will be investigated.Therefore,the high strength and high stress corrosion cracking resistance of aluminum alloys for aerospace will be obtained by adjusting the heat treatment in the manufacturing process.Thus,by controlling the quenching rate after solution treatment and retrogression and reaging treatment will also be used to control the precipitation structure.The result shows strength and stress corrosion cracking resistance can be obtained by the above ways.
