Description
Summary:博士 === 國立中央大學 === 地球物理學系 === 84 === The purpose of this study is to find a new technique to image the p-q slowness surfaces directly from walk-away VSP by a full wave field transformation in layered models. This method, is based mainly on performing the linear Radon transform twice. The first linear Radon transform acts as a τ- p transform, and This method can be applied to any component of 3D/3C WVSP to estimate the corresponding p-q slowness surfaces and to correlate each surface. We conducted both numerical and p velocity polar function for azimuthally anisotropic media. Moreover, through the SH component analysis, the features of S wave splitting can be seen in the p-q slowness surface.
