developed,electronic documents are vastly used for communication
between office workers. Workers use electronic documents to
describe problems and ask some others to give opinion to him. We
lose immediate interaction when using electronic documents.So if
we don't define any rule or norm to help communicate , we will
find that it's difficult to judge what his reponse is 「agree」
or 「disagree」，「What part do he agree」，「What part do he
disagree」，The major point of communication is to express clear
opinion。So we base on Language/Action Model to develop our
opinion monitoring system to help communicators to categorize
the subject of electronic documents and to focus on the subject
to express the explicit standpoint about it。 Our system provide
well-functioned opinion collection and opinion monitoring and
selection mechanism. So people use the system can get better
opinion quality。
