The findings were described as following:
1.The organization of Chinese profession baseball teams has only one level. There is also administration department that is directed by company.
2.The recruitment of players is decided by head coach, director, and president of baseball teams.
3.Training and development of players are conducted by coaches group. The budget for development training was twenty million NT. Dollar every year.
4.The evaluation of players was conducted by head coach, directors and president. The evaluation criteria include presence rate, hitting defense records, moral, and health.
5.Salary of players is the major expenditure of Chinese profession baseball teams. A player''s salary was decided according to the hitting and defense records, image of players, and the contribution of players to the baseball team.
This study explored and described and how Chinese profession basedball team have done in human resource management. Further study could be conducted to explore the correctional or causal relationships of human resource management and performance-related variables.
