Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 環境工程學系 === 84 === The main subjects of this study are to investigate the
characteristic profiles and the emission factors of aromatic
volatile organic compounds (VOCs) for motorcylces and vehicles .
Tenax-TA of mesh 60/80 was used to adsorb the aromatic VOCs in
motorcylce tunnel and vehicle tunnel and the samples were then
examined by GC-MS. Finally, the emission factors for motorcycles
and vehicles were evaluated by continuously stirred tank reactor
model and analogy method. The results show toluene and m/p-
Xylene both are the most abundant aromatic VOCs in motorcylce
tunnel. The ranks of concentrations of the other aromatic VOCs
in decreasing order are 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene > Benzene >
Ethylbenzene > 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene. However those in vehicle
tunnel are toluene> m/p-Xylene > Benzene >
1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene > Ethylbenzene> 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene.
The characterstic profiles of Benzene : Toluene : Ethylbenzene :
m/p-Xylene for motorcycles and vehicles are 1.00 : 2.18±0.46 :
0.87±0.16 : 2.23±0.38 and 1.00 : 1.91±0.36 : 0.41±0.07 :
1.18±0.22, respectively. The emission factors of Benzene,
Toluene, Ethylbenzene, m/p-Xylene, 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, and
1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene are 0.31±0.09, 0.73±0.19, 0.24±0.06,
0.71±0.19, 0.13±0.04,and 0.36±0.10 g/km for motorcycles and
0.11±0.04, 0.23±0.04, 0.07±0.01, 0.18±0.03, 0.03±0.01, and
0.09±0.02 g/km for vehicles.
