Tariffs and Trade,farm operation will necessarily receive much
impact. To maintain the continued growth of the farming
industry,notably rice farming operations,lowering ofproduction
costs is an important issue.To lower down rice farming
operationscosts,an important means that can he adopted is the
sharing of facilities,an arrangement which affords reduction in
facility capital investment and contributes to better economies
of scale.Thus,under the small farmer operation system,the most
fundamental tasks include development of area farming industries
and reduction of rice production costs through the adoption of
appropriate positioning and scopes for shared farming facilities
such as rice drying centers.
