Based on the theories and the former studies of farm organization,the study tried to find the factors of affectcig the performance of production-mardeting teams,and to go further into the factors which contribute to thesuperior and the vegetablle,cut flowers,and fruit organizations. Withexperience over one year beforeJune 30,1994,the respective 79 teams ofsuperior and inferior were included in the study. The results show that the factors of team equipments routine duties,leadership,the utilization of production-material, production-mardetingoperations,and the management of organizations have a great significantdifference in the impact of performance in the production-markering teams.Especially,the utilization of production-material and the management of organizations show an important contribution to the performance of teams.
