Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 園藝學系 === 84 === The growth pattern of summer and winter grape berries in both of
''Kyoho''( Vitis vinifera × Vitis labruscana Bailey) and ''Honey
Red''(Vitis vinifera × Vitis labruca L.) showed double sigmold
curve. It took 90 days for ''Kyoho'' as well as 80 days for
''Honey Red'' to develop, respectively. During 32~39 days
afterfull bloom, both of summer and winter grape of ''Kyoho''
reached the veraison. However, ''Honey Red'' reached the veraison
time during 27~34 days after full bloom. Generally, the
duration of the veraison was 14 days, expect the summer grape of
''Honey Red''. From the 46th dat after full bloom, the total
soluble soids increased, acidity and firmness decreased in the
summer grape. And it was viewed that the berries entered the
second growth stage. Nevertheless, the changes of the total
solube soids, acidity and firmness in the winter grape were
occourred 41~48 daysafter full bloom. In both cultivars, the
berry volume and fresh weight were larger in summer. The berry
growth patterns of different seed numbers appered different ,
and the difference between 1-seeded berry and 2 or 3-seeded
berries were moresignificat. There wae no significant
relationship between seed numbers and fruit firmness, total
soluble soids and acidity at the harvest time, but the changes
appered fasterthan those of 1-seeded berry during the fruit
ripening. The pulp cell division were ceased aronud 15 days after
full bloom in summer grape of ''Kyoho'' and ''Honey Red'', and
winter grape ceased around 10 and 5 days after fullbloom for
''Kyoho'' and ''Honey Red'', respectivly. In both ''Kyoho'' and
''Honey Red'', the number of cell layers of summer grape was
23~24, and that of winter grape was about 20. The cell size was
230~250μmin summer grape and 250~270μm in winter grape.
