Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 自動控制工程研究所 === 84 === In the examination of autonomic nervous system (ANS), the blood
pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) variability can provide the
clinicians with more importantinformation for accurate
diagnosis. The Finapres device, by which the arterialpressure
pulse, BP and HR are measured noninvasively in the finger,
provides a beat-to-beat alternative for continuous recordings
and long term examination. In this thesis, we use the personal
computer combined with a general-purposedata acquisition board
and LabVIEW environment to develop techniques for
acquiringphysiological signals which include HR, BP (systolic
pressure, mean pressure and diastolic pressure) and pulse
signals from Finapres, and respiratory relatedsignals from
NeoSET device. These acquired signals can then be recorded,
storedand analyzed simultaneously in real time. The methods for
accuracy and validationof these acquired signals are presented.
The techniques include the removal ofservo components from the
pulse signals of Finapres, the reduction of respiratoryeffect on
pulse signals using Wiener filter, and the consistency between
theAO-derived data and RS232 data from Finapres. Also, methods
for the analysis inboth time-domain and frequency-domain of
Finapres signals are presented. Thesetechniques can afford
valuable information to understand central autonomic
regulatorymechanisms by clinical experiments.
