Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學工程研究所 === 84 === The pollution treatment of oil containing waste water, especially on the oil in water or water in oil emulsion is important on today's environment. And in the process of treatment, generally , there is with organic polymer as a untiemulsiierf in the chemical method, such as polyacrylamide and quaternary ammonium cationic starch that can destroy the surfactant around the oil in water emulsion and make the oil layer rise to the surface of water. The guaternary ammonium cationic starch, produced from cheap natural polymer of starch and acid modified starch as raw material, a pollution free quaternary ammonium cation starch has prepared. On the model of artifical oil in water emulsion , quaternary ammonium cationic starch was added to study the influence of the degree of substitution, treating dosage, and mixing speed of agitation on the percent light transmiss. It is found that the cation starch under the same treating dosage , increasing degree of substitution will increase percent light transmission. And under the same percent light tranmission , increasing degree of substitution , generally , will decrease treating dosage. There is also found that under the same degree of substitution and treating dosage , increasing fluidity will decrease percent light transmission , and under the same fluidity and degree of substitution, increasing treating dosage will increase percent light transmission , but when exceed the proper treating dosage the percent light transmission will decrease.
