Summary:碩士 === 台北市立師範學院 === 初等教育學系 === 83 === This study concerns Bandura''''s self-efficacy theory, which applies congntive change, behavior training and practice during group counseling sessions,in order to decrease the aggressive behavior and attitude of children. This study uses an equal- group experimental design,44 elementary school sixth grade students, including 28 boys and 16 girls,assigned to an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group participated in 10 sessions of selfefficacy programs and thecontrol group joined regular extra-curricular activities. This study applies six instruments, namely " Child Life-Attitude Scale", "Teacher Measure Questionnaire"," Self-Efficacy Questionnaire", " Outcome Expectations Questionnaire", " Outcome Values Questionnaire"and "Children Interpersonal Relationships Questionnaire". These wereused to measure the effects of experimental treatment. Data obtainedwas analyzing of multivariate one-way repeated measure analysis of variance.
