Gaseous flow analysis in micro channels becomes a new course of
research. This is because some experiment results in micro
channels and traditional fluid mechanics have some
nonconformities. The reason is the scale in micro channels is
too small to modifies continuum concept of fluid, involve
physical concepts of the size of molecule and mean free path.
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate micro fluid
mechanics analysis in microchannel, microtube and
microcirculartube. In this artilce, we will study mass flow,
pressure and friction constant. We find the scale of channels
becomes small, fluid will enter the range of slip flow. Hence
pressure becomes non-linear distribution and mass flow will
become increase, friction constant will become small. And at
exist, the fluid speed will become large, Knudsen number will
become max value.However these slip phenomenon will change
because of different gas and channel scale.
