碩士 === 淡江大學 === 教育資料科學學系 === 83 === According to the new revised Copyright Law, this studyesearched: 1)the applicability of protection the electronic publications in networked environment; 2)the influences of legal problems in use for the users, publishers, and copyright owners in information environment; 3) the management role of the libraries under the copyright laws in order to avoide infringing the copyright laws; 4) the legal use of the network users in order to fair use electronic publications; 5) the ways for authors and publishers to protect their publications without illegal use by others. Beside, this article also provided the model of electronic copyright managements system and effects in international academic network for references. The viewpoint for the legislation of copyright law in future also mentioned in this article.
