碩士 === 淡江大學 === 建築(工程)學系 === 83 === "Electric Heating Forms"is basically recommended for high- rise housing projects with the charactoristic of highly repet- itive dwelling units. This feature also has the system fit the research of productivity improvement and optimization of cons- truction techniques. Based on the concepts mentioned above, the methodology of this research evolved.First,a brief introduction of "E.H.F." is given. Followed with how it is brought in and used here. Some cases are chosen and discussed. The users' feedback is also touched since its close relationship with the strategies developing in the later part of this thesis. In the end, stra- tegies are suggested to adapt the old "E.H.F." to the future usage.The general breakdown structure of this thesis is listed below: 1.Literature review: This section concerns a literature survey of planning for the rationalization of construction productivity,the evaluation of building usability, and the tec- hnical data of "E.H.F.".From this survey, the basic knowledge of the domestic construction environment and "Electric Heating Forms" is fetched. 2.Cases study and present usage investigation:Several cases ,whether successful or not in using"E.H.F.",are widely examined and ranked for a following statistical investigation. Interview with the residents, in- charge government officials,and constru- ction practitioners are conducted. The statistical output and the compilation of interviewees' opinions are crucial in strat- egies drafting. 3.Strategies drafting: Preliminary stategies in using and modifying "E.H.F."are presented and they are the conclusion of this research as well.
