碩士 === 淡江大學 === 日本研究所 === 83 === Until now, Japan doesn''t as Europe and America as the migrant workers cause very serious problems, my thesis is in order to inquire about the special characteristic of migrant workers in Japan. Japan in the international backgrounds that imperialism controls cause the unbalance between developed and developing countries has her own special backgrounds. The more advance internationalization,the more matter, money, information exchange between Japan and other countries, and the movement of the people between Japan and other countries can''t avoid. Migrant workers flow to Japan is an important pattern. On the basic of Push-pull theory, analyze the factors of Japan and countries of exporting labors, and explain the problems of migrant workers in Japan with social culture. Dual economic is a structural existance of migrant worker in Japan. Japan will still base on the blood relationship of nationality law, acomplish the law of entering Japan that emphasizes order above human right to control migrant workers. The foreign engineers and specialists would be most welcome, but takes a careful attitude to the simple workers, and with dexterous and vague way to accept migrant workers. Japanese experiences worth studying for us.
