碩士 === 東海大學 === 建築(工程)學系 === 83 === The aim of this study is try to apply the zero-one integer goal programming to the site selection of urban renewal.　　This study contains two parts. The first part is to built a mathematical model by using zero-one integer goal programming techniques,to find the best solution for a given situation. The second part is the demonstration of the model in which 14 urban renewal areas of Tapei city are chosen as the case study. The model presented in this study provides a tool for dete- rmining the areas of urban renewal demanded by the local gover- ment with a given set attributes, and selecting urban goals.
