factors. The main purpose of this study is to formulate a
mathematical model by using multiple objective programming and
evaluation methods. In order to deal with the uncertain
objective values. It imports fuzzy set theory to solve the
model to find the satisfactory solution for a given situation.
A new housing estate currently under construction by the Bureau
of Housing and Urban Development Taiwan Provincial Government
is studied. The results have proved that this method provides a
basis for comparing and evaluating housing estate planning
tasks.
