Description
Summary:碩士 === 文化大學 === 造紙印刷研究所 === 83 === The purposes of this study are to investigate the determinants of the surface properties among the selected recycle papers that affect the ink transfer in printing, and provid the results for paper producers and printers to understand the relations between the surface properties of recycle paper and their ink transfer in printing. The recycled paper examined in this study was prepared by experimentally changing the furnishes. It include different treatments, different pulps, and different mix ratios of pulps. The results of this study are as follows: 1.The ratios of pulp mix has a significant influence the surface properties of recycle paper and their ink transfer in printing. 2.When the content of recycled pulp increases, the absorbtivity of paper will increase. DIP and titanum dioxide filled will give paper that is absorbenter than the other pulps. 3.When the content of recycled pulp increases, the smoothness and surface strength of paper will decrease. 4.When the content of recycled pulp increases, the dot gain of paper will decrease. The titanum dioxide of filler have a significant influence on printing dot gain. 5.The surface properties of recycle paper have a significant influence on printing ink transfer, especially in smoothness.
