Six small scale beams were loaded to failure,and the r- esults were compared to full scale beams test results.It w- as found that the behavior of small scale beams and full s- csle beams were similar,but the flexure ductility of small scale beams was better than that of full scale beams. Results form earthquake simulation tests showed that S- MRF system is good in resisting earthquake,but the stiffnes -s of the frame changed dramatically after earthquakes test.
