碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 83 === The objective of this research is to develop an effective Analysis Tool of Efficiency for CIM database application syst- em, According to similar datum point, The tool analyze some p- roblems of efficiency for database application system, such as to analyze the database system structure and data distribution , to query response time, to define the basic time of query , etc. In addition, the tool is able to support the systematical management of data and print interface of history data. The analysis tool of efficiency is built on two commerci- al packages : Visual Basic and Microsoft Access 2.0 database engine . The process of developing the Aided Analysis Tool of Efficiency will be discussed in detail within this thesis. The system also provides effective function of storage and retrie- val of various aspects of history data for graphic user inter- face.
