碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工程技術研究所 === 83 === The best way to describe a three dimensional shape is to draw its contour lines. Moire'' method is the one to fulfill this purpose. Moire'' has many advantages such as it is simple, economic and it is a real time operation, although somewhat limited by its medium resolution. This paper begins drawing the contour lines based on shadow method, and then use grating movement and image processing method to eliminate the noise of image. We also innovatively use phase-shift method to improve the resolution and reduce the phase error down to 0.0001~0.001 order.
