Due to the advanced VLSI and ptical technologies, the characteristics of modern ystems include high data rates and low error rates. erformance bottlenecks have also shifted from the nfrastructure to the transport infrastructure. In this thesis, we propose a high-performance rchitecture, and provide the functions to support the pplications. For the existing transport system, major uch as, protocol can not be parallelly processed, limitations he operating system which limit the processing performance. educe the effort of the architecture, we propose a rchitecture to build the transport system. In this igh-performance protocol, we refer to the XTP (Xpress Trans Finally, we compare the proposed protocol with ransport protocols.
