Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 纖維及高分子工程技術研究所 === 83 === In this study, we pre-grafted first with three monomers, AA、AAM、HEMA, to alkaline treated PET fabrics, and then we mixed the thermoreactive water borne PU peipolymer with PU dispersions to examine the influence of kinds of grafting monomers and sodaing on the physical properties under pad-dry-cure process treated PET fabrics, The only grafted fabrics have better hydrophilicity when they have been sodaed after grafting, but they have decreasing strength. And, the AA-grafted PET fabrics have the best hydrophilicity in three monomers. Then, we treated AA-grafted PET fabrics with PU finishing solution under paddry-cure process and we found when the grafting poercentage is increasing, the PU add-on、hydrophilicity and durability becoe higher. And the non-sodaed grafting fabrics have better hydrophilicity and durability when they grafted by monomers. The thermoreactive waterborne PU pre-prepolymer containing PEG/PCL ratio 1 mixed with nonionic PU have durable hydrophilicity under pad-dry-cure process.
