碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所資訊管理學程 === 83 === 　　Even though the Decision Methods have developed for a long time, most researches, instead of discussing the theory in the decision maker''s viewpoint, focused on theoretical researches of the methods. The purpose of this thesis is to discuss, in the decision maker''s point of view, his perception difference about the three popular decision methods (AHP, FSE, SMART). The result of the research, obtained through the analysis of questionnaires by the juniors of Business Administration Dept. NTIT (108 persons), indicates that the juniors display significant differecne between the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness; moreover, they also have lower evalution of AHP than those of the other two methods, but exhibit no significant difference in the aspects of their preference, anxiety, and intention, In addition to that, this research also, in the decision maker''s position, tries to suggest some advices about the design of DSS and reveals that a DSS should be capable of helping the decision makers making decisions instead of taking over his position to make decisions.
