碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所企業管理學程 === 83 === 　　The purpose of this study is to help the milk industry management to appraise alternative distribution channels. The characteristics of milk product are short keeping time and must be keeping in low temperature. To study the performance of different channels will help the management to adopt appropriate channel. 　　After analyzing the data, we found that: 　　1.The existent channel is appropriate with the milk product, but cost huge cost. The management should measure the efficiency accurately. 　　2.The management consider the distribution center perform better than the existent channel in general criteria. The distribution center is professional and efficient in distributing. But the management doesn't identify that distribution center distribute milk product properly. 　　After this study, we suggest that: 　　1. The distribution center should realize the characteristics of milk product in order to amend distribution way. 　　2.The management should appraise the cost and efficiency of existent channel. And appraise the the feasibility of distributing milk product by distribution center. The distribution center will be another distribution way if the distribution center coordinate with the the characteristics of milk product.
