government. The purpose of the research is to discuss that
under our government''''s unique "detached and independant"
accounting system, organizaitonal commitment, role conflict and
the of job satisfaction. This resarch investigates in the
manner of questionnaire; does the statistics and analyzes the
data. The ways of analysis Factor Analysis, Analysis of
Variance, Pearson Product Moment and Analysis of Regression.
The result of this research shows that: (1) Accountant
personnel give apparently higher commit organization than to
service unit. (2) there is postive correlation between commit
service unit commit accounting organization; there is negative
between commit service and role conflict. (3) There is obvious
negative correlation between role and job satisfaction. (4)
Comparing to "low commit service unit and to accounting
zation"'''' "high commit service and to accounting role conflict
is low, job satisfaction is higher. (5) Male''''s commit
organization, job conflict are higher than ,the married'''' are
also higher than the unmarried''''s. This research tries to from
organization behavior, distinguish the issue of personnel right
between central and local government after the election for
governor and mayors, and from the viewpoint, provide the
government with references to make personnel, regulations,
organization, leading, pushing official and so on.
