This paper is concerned with the existence and uniqueness of initial value problem of the modified Benjamin-Bona-Mahony (mBBM for short) equation

In both of the initial-value problems mentioned above, we study the existence and uniqueness for the problems under the conditions on the initial value Uo(x)? H(1)(R)nC(2)b(R) and the forcing function f(x,t) ?CT n LT(for a given finite T >0) is provided.
