碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 資源管理研究所 === 83 === 　　The purpose of implementing the Information Systems Architecture(ISA) must be consistent with the goal of the enterprise in order to upgrade the business and make it surperior. This research of ISA which is oriented by the management actions within every administrative hierarchy of an enterprise is to make use of the "Tree structure of the hierarchy" and to discuss every management hierarchy which processes the different data and align the development of Information Techniques (Networking, Distributed DataBase, Client/Server, etc.) to be infrastructure of an enterprise. 　　The ISA should be coordinated with the administrative compositions including the management actives, operation functions and existing application systems , in order to pinpoint the goal and achieve it . This research has mentioned a "Management-Oriented Distributed Information System Architecture" and the method of implementation: Environment establish, Data analysis, System analysis, Security control mechanism and Blackboard architecture analysis. The purposes of this research are as follows: 　　(1). To provide information of decision-making analysis information for supporting the need of management personnel. 　　(2). To integrate management activities with information techniques. 　　(3). To provide a coordinating and communicating platform for personnel within an organization.
