Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 資源管理研究所 === 83 === This study constructs models for evaluating and selecting weapon systems for national defense decision. Constrained by the limited national defense resource and budget, the model is constructed to arrive at the most appropriate question portfolio and force structure to fulfill strategic targets, demands for missions and preferences of the decisio makers at different levels. The evaluation process is discussed within the field of Multiple Objective Decision Making. We establish relevant parameters to evaluate systems and the weights of objectives by using Analytic Hierarchy Process method. Then we construct the force acquisition portfolio model. Goal Programming method and Geoffrion method solve the model. And we construct the optimal force structure model. Geoffrion method finds the most appropriate solution of this model. Then we use a illusturaing exampole to introduce the algorithm in this model. Finally we compare those models by the preference structure of decision makers, and the trade-offs between force ququisition and cost or between different forces. Also we apply indifference curvve which denotes the preference structure of denotes the preference structure of decision makers, with force acquisition and cost reduction possibility curve to explain it.
