moldingRTM) more and more attractive to the automobile ,
aerospace ,andrecision industries . However , the inherent
complexity of thehysical and chemical phenomena during the
manufacturing processas not been understood thoughtfully .The
quality of the productss thus not under control and the
automation of the process ismpossible . Experimental tasks are
proposed here to investigate the influ-nce of the processing
parameters on the products in RTM . In theolding filling
experiment , the resin is degased and then mixedith the
initiator before the mixture is injection into the mold.he
influence of the injection pressure and temperature of theesin
mixture and temperature of the mold/fiber mats on the mate-ial
proporties of the products is investigated . In addiotitiono
the visible observation of the products , the mechanical prop-
rties of the products are measured and compare by Material
Testystem and Drop-Weight Impact . The characteristics of the
resinlow , heat transfer and chemical reaction during the RTM
processre expected to be understood in more detail through this
exper-ments .
