The thirty-eight beams were tested under both the one and repeated loading to investigate the effects of internal bond failure on the natural frequency of reinforced concrete beams.The principal variables were the loading cycles,bar diameter,span length/depth .It is the object to study the natural frequency,the crack width on the concrete surface under loading and unloading ,the cleavage length on the interface between the reinforced bar and the concrete cover under loading in each step. The paper provided an easy method of non-destruction testing for bridge in final chapter.This method was performed by the change of natrual frequency.
