Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 83 === Four objectives of this research are: 1.To find the dimensions of the output performance of R&D projects. 2.To define the applicable scope of the output indicators of R&D projects 3.To review all output indicators found in the literature 4.To construct the key output indicators of the R&D projects for the Ministry of Economy Affairs (M.O.E.A.) of the Republic of China. This research found that there are three sources of output performance indicators: R&D activities, R&D project itself, customer responses. Those indicators could be classified to three categories: technology performance, business performance and policy performance. The weightings of these indicators calculated by A.H.P. technology were: rate of technology transfer (0.2), peer review (0.18), rate of meeting specifications (0.16), rate of benefit- cost (0.15), number of patents (0.13), number of published papers (0.1), number of publications (0.09). This research analyzed 66 output performance indicators found in the literature. Moreover, seven major indicators for the R&D projects of M.O.E.A. are proposed. According to this research, business performance is the most important aspect when evaluating the R&D Projects of M. O.E.A. The priority was business performance, technology performance, policy performance.
