members around Taipei City,and to realize their sport condition
from the After collecting the questionnaires,statistics
employed in theriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-
Square test and Scheffe'' mothed. Based, the following
conclutions were drawn: 1.Concerning the characteristics of
demographics,the majority ofmale，aged between 31 to 50,
college graduate, businessman,average personalover NT.1000000b,
not club member hoders. 2.Realating the participating motives
of participaters, source ofied on friends or relatives, no
regular golf time, two or three times a week,one or two hours?
purchase 4-6 cases ball. 3.fitness", "getting accomplishment",
"promoting social level",nd equipment", "leisure and
entertain", "self-satisfation", and"economic need". Among
thesethe "health and fitness" ranks first, "economic need"at
last. 4.Concerning hypotheses confirmation, there are
significantg participaters'' sex, age, occupation, education
background, and marriage situation. 5.Significant difference
showed on frequency by high or lowotive. 6.Significant
difference appeared on following: participatingfferent sex, age
and marriage situation, information of different age,
participatingmount of different education as well as occupation
，different information source,, ball-amount of different
monthly income.
