Such speeds are obviously faster than those shich kicks with legs stretching in attacking the lower body of an opponent. 2.The knee of the right leg which strikes a kick from a bowed position would claim much faster horizontal, vertical and combined speeds than its straight leg kick's. counterpart The three sorts of speeds mentioned above all happen before the appearance of the "Third Point." 3.The angle speed for the hip joint of the right leg which delivers a kick from a bowed position would be considerably faster than that for the straight leh kick. A maximum of the speed would ocurr right after the "Third Point" appears. Therefore a bowed knee would be much gelpful in making a powerful kick. Hong,Der-Ming 洪得明 學位論文 ; thesis 54 zh-TW |
