This thesis is divided into three main parts as below: 1)Distinguish the major parameters related to formal harmony and then use these paremeters to etablish 8 different types of configurations which are the main resources for analysis. 2)Each parameter represent a quality dimension that could configurations some principles regarding the significance of each quality dimension are concluded. 3)Apply the principles of harmony as found in some architecural examples to know the potential and the limit of these principles.
