The diameter of the of the upper-atomizer which is smaller than that of thehas a larger surpressing effect. With a given gas pressure of the change in distance between upper- and lower-atomizer has no effect on the gas pressure of the upper atomizer required to back-pressure. As the gas pressure of the lower atomizer larger the back-pressure, the larger the gas pressure of the required. The "Dual-atomizer" technique is effective in the within the PL-Pu chart. From the experimental results of Pb-Sn simulation, the idea of "Dual-atomizer" techique is proved to be practical. The different morphologies of droplets with different sizes are resulted from difference in solidification rate. The two peaks shown on size distribution are the reflection of the characteristics of the atomization stage during spray deposition. The temperature variations taking place during spray deposition analyzed using a finite difference method based on one-dimension transfer formulation incorporating with the moving boundary Chi-Yuan Albert Tsao 曹紀元 1995 學位論文 ; thesis 140 zh-TW
