Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 化學工程研究所 === 83 === In this work ,we used an apparatus of semi-flow type to measure the vapor-liquid equilibrium.The solubilities of carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide or dimethyl ether in 1,4-butanediol were measured at 25,50,100 ℃. Along each isothermal, the carbon dioxide + 1,4-butanediol system was measured at pressures from 11.68 to 51.68 atm , the carbon monoxide +1,4-butanediol system was measured at pressure from 21.68 to 51.68 atm,and the dimethyl ether + 1,4-butanediol system was measured at pressures from 1.34 to 4.40 atm. We used two equations of state ( SRK and PR EOS) with traditional mixing rules to correlate the experimental data of carbon dioxide , carbon monoxide or dimethyl ether in 1,4-butanediol and to determine the the values of the interaction parameter Kij. By way of the experimental data , the Krichevsky- Kasarnosky equation was used to calculated Henry's constants and the partial molar volumes at infinite dilution . Finally,what we did will be developed to correlate the vapor-liquid equolibrium relations of carbon dioxide , carbon monoxide or dimethyl ether in 1,4-butanediol.
