APPLY FUZZY THEORY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM SINCE FUZZY SYNTHETIC
DECISION PROCEDURE IS A USEFUL TOOL TO EVALUATE AMBIGUOUS
SITUATIONS, AND THIS RESEACH WILL STRIKE NEW IDEAS TO OTHER
