Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 獸醫學系 === 83 === A rapid screening test of STH (Sulfathiazole), SMT
(Sulfamethazine), and SDM (Sulfadimethoxine) residues in milk
was made by employing a CSTTK (CITE Sulfa Trio test kit) of
enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in this study. Advantages of
CSTTK assay was found to include: (1) pretreatment of milk
sample was not required, (2) result could be obtained within 7
minutes, and (3) minimum detectable concentration for each
sulfonamide was as low as 10 ppb. With regard to TLC analysis,
the use of By employing the developed screening test (CSTTK and
TLC analysis) and quantitative test (HPLC analysis), a survey
was made on 213 marketed UHT milk samples of 12 brands
collected from August, 1994 to April, 1995. A high violation
rate was thus seen reaching approximately 30% (64/213). Among
these illegal samples, the appearance rates of sulfonamide
residue were SMT, 81.25% (52/64); SMM, 31.2% (20/64); SDM,
17.1% (11/64); and STH, 1.5% (1/64) respectively and
concentrations detected were all Contamination of tested milk
samples by sulfonamide were more severe in summer than in
winter. The summer uncertified rate in market milk, tank milk
were 57.1%, 16.3%, respectively. The winter uncertified rate in
market milk, tank milk were 16.5%, 7.5%, respectively.
