Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 83 ===   In this pap*er,we are going to investigate the relationships between personal traits variables, communication satisfaction and job satisfaction for employees of organization. We try to find out whether the changes in the communication perception will affect someone personally. Also we will try hard to learn the facts and reasons about these changes of the effect.   The theoretical background we consider is a integration work of communication satisfaction and job satisfaction. Also we judge the communication system of organization through multiple communication demension instead of traditional single method. In this paper. we have confirmed the relationships of communication satisfaction and job satisfaction with the analysis of character values, canonical correlation, ANOVA, all possible regression and quality. As we mention, we try to use CSQ and JDI to measurement the satisfaction quality of employees. Also we take Yieh Loong Steel Group to be a sample to show what empiric is.   Our results show that   1.There exists a significant direct correlation between communication and job satisfaction. Also their linear communication present direct proportion.   2.Our research demonstrates that ANOVA of subordinates has bigger personal traits of communication and job satisfaction than those for supervisors.   3.Not only for subordinates, but also for supervisors, satisfaction with supervisors is the most critical factor to forecast of job satisfaction.   4.To rise the quality of job satisfaction of employees, organization must be offer motivation methods through communication.
