recreation needs and the setting preferences in the
ENCORE GARDEN. There are the five items that had to explored.
First, how does the social background to influence
recreationist''s recreation needs? Second, what are the
relationship between recreation needs and settings''
preference. Three, what are the relations of setting''s
preference and setting attribute''s satisfaction? Four,
what are the relations of settings'' preference and
recreation satisfact ion? Five, what are the relations
of recreation needs and setting attribute''s
satisfaction? The findings of this study include that: 1.
The recreation needs of recreationists would be influenced
by the social background, that were included age, family
life, and educational level. 2. The recreationist''s recreation
needs would influence the setting''s preference and
setting attribute''s satisfaction. 3. The setting''s
preference would influence the recreationists''
satisfaction. 4. The settings preference and setting
attribute''s satisfaction have positive relationship. The
findings in this study can provide the knowledge in
the improvement of recreation settings in the recreation area.
